Many women visit our center hoping to get breast augmentation; however, after a physical exam it is often confirmed that a mastopexy is better suited to improve their condition. This is because of the degree of breast sag that is present. Women whose breasts and nipples that point downward generally need a breast lift to correct the skin irregularity and to raise the breasts higher up on the chest wall.
